Summer brings us beach reads and popcorn flicks, and, of course, summer food — light, cool, and refreshing. Design-wise, we've definitely got summer clothes and summer places: wear your flip-flops out on the deck or your seersucker and khakis out to your country house. So why not summer fonts?! Below are some carefully picked fonts that remind us of those well-loved summer days.

Floral Stamp Typography is a project that brings to life botanical flowers and plants. Inspired from the Roman Mythology, where Flora means ''Goddess of Flowers or Plants''. Honoring the wonders of nature and reminding how vital it is to maintain every aspect of our Ecosystem alive and healthy.
The idea was to create an Alphabet of hand-carved stamps. All done with a Speedball Lino Cutter tool and using as base thick dust free rubbers. Based upon an Open Type Typeface.
Amanda
Amanda is a beautiful Modern Calligraphy handwriting script. Suitable for wedding invitations, greeting cards, design of water-based paints, correspondence, and a variety of other purposes.
With 320 glyphs and 121 alternatives characters, you can mix and match Amanda to fit your design. The alternative characters divided into several OpenType features such as Ligature, Contextual alternates, stylistic alternates, stylistic sets, and swash. It can be accessed by using OpenType savvy program such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
Haptic Script
The HapticScript family is a connected brush script with a warm, personal and soft character. The typeface family has five styles from Light through Black. It was designed as a companion and extension to the Haptic sans-serif family.
HapticScript has up to 14 variations for each glyph. The almost 2,000 characters per font including 40+ ligatures enable designers to give each word an individual look. Many swash characters for initials and word endings make words looks as if they were hand lettered.
